(Central News Agency reporter Zhong Rong-feng, Taipei, 3rd) IC substrate giant Nanya PCB today announced its consolidated revenue for April reached NT$4.45 billion, marking a high point since January 2023, with a month-on-month increase of 3.73% and a year-on-year growth of 39.47% compared to April 2025. Nanya PCB's cumulative consolidated revenue for the first four months of this year reached NT$15.628 billion, a year-on-year growth of 34.15%.

Nanya PCB's stock price broke through the NT$1,000 mark for the first time on April 30, closing at the daily limit of NT$1,005. Nanya PCB previously announced its unaudited net profit attributable to owners of the parent company for February was NT$295 million, a substantial year-on-year increase of 402.78%, with earnings per share of NT$0.46 for the single month.

Nanya PCB will hold its shareholders' meeting on May 14. In its previously announced business report to shareholders, Nanya PCB pointed out that the growth of cloud and edge computing applications driven by artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to further improve this year's operating performance compared to 2025, continuously expanding the application of IC substrates and circuit boards for AI servers and high-end switches.

Analysts indicate that Nanya PCB continues to benefit from strong pull-in momentum for major high-end AI chip and memory substrates. With the mass production of high-end AI chips, the overall supply and demand for ABF substrates are tight, leading to larger substrate sizes and increased layers. Nanya PCB is expanding and transforming its Shulin plant production line to meet the demand for high-end networking and data center chip substrates. Nanya PCB's main ABF production capacities are in New Taipei Shulin, Taoyuan Jinxing plant, and Kunshan plant in mainland China. (Editor: Su Chih-chung) 11505003
