According to officers from the Zuoying Precinct of the Kaohsiung City Police Department, during patrol duties around 9 PM last night in Zuoying District, they noticed a car with license plates suspected of abnormal reflection due to plating. Officers signaled the driver to stop for inspection, but the 48-year-old Mr. Ling refused and fled. The police immediately reported for interception and pursuit, and followed to monitor.
