According to the official website of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense, Zhang Xiaogang said that the meeting will focus on the theme of "Global Security Governance: Challenges and Solutions," covering topics such as "International Order and International Rule of Law," "New Challenges to Asia-Pacific Security," and "Risk Management of Military Applications of Emerging Technologies." A special commemorative exchange activity titled "The Role of International Forums in Global Security Governance – Beijing Xiangshan Forum 20th Anniversary" will also be arranged.
