Taiwan Railways pointed out that the reporting time for successful candidates will be arranged in batches according to the progress of medical examinations. Those who underwent general physical examinations will report on May 18 or June 8; those requiring special physical examinations will report on June 15 or July 6. The reporting location and procedures will be announced separately by Taiwan Railways. Those who fail to report within the prescribed time will be deemed to have forfeited their qualification.

To protect the rights of successful candidates, Taiwan Railways said that those who are unable to report on time due to military service, childbirth, natural disasters, incidents, or other force majeure reasons should submit relevant supporting documents to the assigned unit to apply for delayed reporting, and apply to report within one month after the reason for delay ceases to exist. Those who fail to apply within the deadline will lose their qualification.
