ASE Technology Holding announced on behalf of SPIL that it will purchase the factory buildings on the 1st to 3rd floors at No. 7, Beiyuan 1st Road, Shanhua District, Tainan City from HannStar Display for NT$4.32 billion. The building area is 92,848 square meters, equivalent to approximately 28,086 ping.
SPIL also announced the purchase of the factory buildings on the 4th to 6th floors and basement at No. 7, Beiyuan 1st Road, Shanhua District, Tainan City, as well as ancillary facility services, from Teamchem for NT$6.48 billion. The building area is 93,974 square meters, equivalent to approximately 28,427 ping.
