TEHRAN (CNA) -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that despite the current ceasefire between the US and Iran, the US naval blockade on Iranian ports is effectively an 'extension of Washington's military action.' According to Agence France-Presse, Pezeshkian said on social media platform X, 'The world has witnessed Iran's tolerance and reconciliation. Those actions under the guise of a naval blockade are, in fact, an extension of military action against a nation that is paying the price for its resistance and independence.'
