The Weighted Index opened at 39176.24 points, with an intraday high of 39548.18 points and a low of 38896.3 points; the index excluding financial stocks was 35535.12 points, down 242.56 points.
Changes in the eight major sectors: ceramics sector fell 1.96%, food sector fell 0.44%, plastics and chemicals sector rose 2.07%, textiles sector fell 0.12%, electrical and mechanical sector fell 0.82%, paper sector fell 0.27%, construction sector rose 0.48%, and financial sector rose 1.09%.
Total bid orders were 20.867012 million shares, total ask orders were 13.368568 million shares, and total transaction volume was 10.081770 million shares.
