The post introduced that Zhang Bing-huang currently serves as the President of the International Calligraphy Alliance and the President of the Chinese Calligraphy Association. He has dedicated himself to promoting Taiwan-Japan exchanges through calligraphy, such as leading joint Japan-Taiwan exhibitions and International Calligraphy Alliance exhibitions, and publishing works in Japan and holding solo exhibitions, introducing the "Smart e-Brush" which utilizes artificial intelligence (AI).

A total of 3,875 people received decorations in Japan's "Spring Conferment of Decorations" this year for their contributions or achievements in various fields. Among them, 10 people received the "Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun" and 1 person received the "Grand Cordon of the Order of the Sacred Treasure."
