37th Golden Melody Awards Set for June 27 at Taipei Arena; Main Visual Uses Flowers to Interpret the Journey of Music Creation

The 37th Golden Melody Awards (GMA) will take place at the Taipei Arena on June 27. This year''s main visual theme is titled "Virtual and Real," using the blooming process of flowers to illustrate a musician''s journey—from the initial spark of inspiration and the creative process to the birth of a work and the moment they shine on stage. Under the core concept of "Moment of Resonance," the visual identity was crafted by StudioPros (graphic design) and Phase One (motion and ceremony visual coordination). The newly released poster series depicts three stages: a bud symbolizing the germination of ideas, the stamen representing the formation of melodies and the expression of emotions, and a full bloom reflecting the finished work and the vitality of performing live. Lead designer Li Yi-hsuan aimed to establish a long-term brand identity for GMA, while designer Chen Yu focused on translating the abstract "Virtual and Real" concept into a sleek, contemporary visual language. Visual coordinator Tim noted that the challenge lay in visualizing music, opting for a palette of gray-blue tones with gold accents to balance modern aesthetics with the ceremony''s prestige. The awards ceremony will be broadcast live by TTV and on the GMA YouTube channel, starting with the red carpet at 5 PM and the ceremony at 7 PM on June 27.
