(Central News Agency, Taipei, April 28) TSMT announced today that the board of directors of its subsidiary, TSMT Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., resolved to increase capital for TSMT Vietnam Co., Ltd. by 30 million US dollars.

TSMT Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% directly invested subsidiary of TSMT Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. TSMT stated that this capital increase is a long-term investment for the company's business needs.
