Taiwan Railways issued a press release stating that in response to the speed limit requirements after the temporary track switching project at Neili Station for the Taoyuan railway underground project, and to shorten the waiting time for road users at nearby level crossings at Neili Station, from tomorrow until May 3rd, the original 4103 train (Yilan to Beihu) in the morning will shorten its route to Shulin, and the original 1129 train (Keelung to Beihu) will shorten its route to Shulin. In the afternoon, the original 4232 train (Beihu to Su'ao) will start from Shulin, and the original 4046 train (Xinfeng to Hualien) will start from Banqiao.
