The Taitung County Government announced today that from May 1 to December 5, it will launch the 'Amazing Taitung' long-stay and corporate group travel schemes. Anyone staying 5 consecutive nights at a legal accommodation in Taitung can enjoy a one-time discount of 2,500 TWD per person. Additionally, domestic groups of 6 or more staying 5+ nights with 'Taitung Slow Travel' itineraries can apply for up to 45,000 TWD in incentives. Governor Rao Ching-ling stated that the program promotes a 'low-carbon, deep, and common good' lifestyle. The Tourism Department emphasized that all applications must be done online via the official website to avoid scams.
