Explosive Demand for AI Power: Industrial Fortune Net Profit Doubles in Q1

Quarterly revenue reached RMB 251.078 billion, a 56.52% increase from the same period in 2025. Net profit attributable to the parent company was RMB 10.595 billion, a significant annual growth of 102.55%. FII noted that net profit has exceeded RMB 10 billion for three consecutive quarters.
FII explained that the first quarter continued to benefit from the explosive demand for artificial intelligence (AI) computing power. Market share among major customers steadily increased, and the Cloud Service Provider (CSP) business performed exceptionally well.
In the cloud computing business, FII stated that first-quarter revenue grew by 100% year-on-year. Shipments of AI Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) racks increased by 3.8 times annually, while shipments of AI Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) servers increased by 3.2 times.
Regarding communication and mobile network equipment, FII pointed out that shipments of high-speed switches of 800G and above increased by 1.6 times year-on-year and grew by 46% compared to the fourth quarter of 2025.
In the field of Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), FII stated that prototypes of CPO all-optical switches have begun shipping. As the market space gradually opens up, this is expected to bring structural improvements to overall profitability.
