Group Chairman Lillian Yen Chen stated in her business report to shareholders that the company will continue to seek new clients this year, solidify its complete vehicle contract manufacturing service business, and continue to promote the mass production and marketization of EV models such as n7 and BRIA. The company is also advancing preparations for export mass production, assisting clients in expanding into overseas markets, and expanding its electric vehicle CDMS business development.

Foxtron, a joint venture between Yulon and Hon Hai, will hold its shareholder meeting on May 22nd, with a complete re-election of directors. Chairman Li Bing-yan stated in his business report to shareholders that if tariff uncertainties decrease this year, Taiwan's new car market sales are expected to rebound, with electric vehicle market sales in Taiwan projected to grow to about 35,000 to 40,000 units this year.

Looking ahead to Yulon's operations this year, Lillian Yen Chen pointed out that in 2025, the company and Foxtron will obtain product contract manufacturing services for Mitsubishi Motors' models in the New Zealand and Australian markets. This will expand domestic production capacity and attract new clients, while continuing to seek new clients this year to solidify the complete vehicle contract manufacturing service business.

In terms of complete vehicle manufacturing, Lillian Yen Chen mentioned that the company continues to deepen cooperation with partners, solidify the sales foundation of existing products, and introduce new models and prepare for mass production, strengthening overall manufacturing service capabilities.

Regarding electric vehicle product layout, Lillian Yen Chen explained that Yulon Group continues to promote the mass production and market expansion of models such as n7 and BRIA. It is actively pushing forward preparations for export mass production, assisting clients in expanding into overseas markets, and continuously expanding its electric vehicle contract design and manufacturing services (CDMS) business development.

In automotive products, Lillian Yen Chen discussed that Yulon Group continues to strengthen its main models such as NISSAN KICKS, SENTRA, and X-TRAIL, enhancing product attractiveness and market competitiveness through annual styling updates and special edition models.

In the energy business, Lillian Yen Chen explained that Yulon Group continues to expand its power battery contract manufacturing business and expand storage-related application fields, gradually establishing a replicable application model. At the same time, it extends existing engineering capabilities to develop into high-value-added technical services and operation and maintenance fields.

Looking ahead to Foxtron's electric bus layout, Li Bing-yan pointed out that after the completion of the Kaohsiung Qiaotou electric bus factory, it can begin production and sales of the next-generation Model T. Hon Hai previously stated that the Qiaotou electric vehicle factory plans to produce the next-generation Model T for the Taiwanese market in the first half of this year.

Regarding the right-hand drive Model B, Li Bing-yan mentioned that the development of the right-hand drive model for Japanese clients is progressing smoothly, with development completion, production, and export sales expected in the second half of this year.

Foxtron explained that in the fourth quarter of 2025, it acquired Luxgen's sales channels and established a full value chain in Taiwan from brand, platform, and model development, supply chain management, production manufacturing, channels, and after-sales service. Based on this, it launched its first model product, BRIA, under the FOXTRON brand on December 25th last year.

Foxtron stated that it signed a cooperation agreement with Mitsubishi Motors Japan last year, and relevant models are expected to be launched and sold in New Zealand and Australia this year.
