TCC announced today dual breakthroughs in its energy storage business. Its proprietary 'EnergyArk' cement storage technology has received patent notice from the European Patent Office, completing its IP layout in the US, Japan, Taiwan, and the EU. Furthermore, TCC has signed a cooperation agreement with French retail giant COOP Atlantique to deploy EnergyArk-integrated charging stations at 30 Hyper U and Super U supermarkets. Chairman Nelson Chang stated that EnergyArk is designed to solve the pain point of Europe's aging power grids, which struggle to handle the high currents of ultra-fast chargers. By adopting a 'Charge-Store-Integrated' model—storing energy during off-peak hours and discharging during peak times—the system supports fast charging without major grid upgrades. TCC's subsidiary Atlante now has over 200 contracted sites in Europe and plans to participate in France's aFRR power frequency adjustment market this year.
