Taipei, April 27 (CNA) — The Taipei City Youth Bureau announced today that its "Youth Combat Training for Workplace Connection Program" has been upgraded this year. Following AI and technology, practical marketing courses from two major groups, L'Oréal Taiwan and Unilever, have been added. The program brings together 500 spots across six major industries, allowing participants to learn by doing and gain immediate combat readiness through practical training.
Taipei City Youth Bureau Director Chou Yi-hsi stated that in the 115th year (2026), with six major industries as the main focus—covering artificial intelligence, information and communication technology, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) brands, beauty and arts, digital marketing, and music and media—20 practical courses will be planned, with a total of 500 spots. Learning will be directed to the industry's front line, enabling young people to learn by doing and through combat, accumulating immediate combat readiness recognized by the industry.
She also mentioned that this is a "training-employment integration" mechanism, providing practical enterprise courses and internship opportunities, and combining with enterprise retention mechanisms, so that young people participating in the program have the opportunity to grasp corporate job vacancies and enter the workplace after completing their training.
The Youth Bureau added that in response to students' winter and summer vacations, courses will be offered in two phases. Students are welcome to check the activity official website for registration. The first phase of courses has already been launched, including Unilever's "Creating Best-Selling Products: Full Guide to Development and Marketing," which teaches design from consumer psychology, market positioning, to product selling points, analyzing the key to product success.
Google Cloud's "AI God Assists Work Techniques" is designed for participants without programming backgrounds, using mainstream AI tools to improve work efficiency. Deloitte's "Essential Course for Top CFOs" strengthens financial forecasting and risk management capabilities through case studies.
There is also Voice Entertainment's "AI x Music: Turning Inspiration into Divine Melodies," which combines generative AI with music production processes, guiding participants from melody ideation and background music generation to post-production audio optimization.
Additionally, Vangu Digital Media Marketing's "Amazon E-commerce Traffic Gold Mining" covers the entire process from platform operations, product selection and listing, advertising投放, mastering cross-border e-commerce and traffic monetization.
