The Kaohsiung City Police Department stated today that all cases have been accepted according to regulations and investigations have been immediately launched. Once the facts are clarified, they will adhere to a 'zero tolerance' principle and strictly handle the matter according to rules, with no leniency.
The Kaohsiung City Police Department explained today that regarding the officer's sexual harassment complaint, the precinct accepted the harassment case on the 8th and the workplace bullying case on the 14th. A sexual harassment investigation committee meeting was held on the 16th, and a workplace bullying investigation committee meeting followed on the 17th. Currently, both cases are being investigated by a task force composed of external members appointed by the precinct.
The Kaohsiung City Police Department pointed out that after accepting the complaints, the precinct immediately implemented protective isolation measures and adjusted the complainant's position to another business unit based on her wishes. They also provided counseling channels and notified relevant units for assistance.
