EasyCard Corporation issued a press release stating that in response to Taiwan's electronic payment officially entering cross-border bilateral payment, to welcome Japanese business travelers and tourists to Taiwan, they are immediately launching various promotional activities.

EasyCard Corporation explained that Japanese tourists can enjoy exclusive store discounts by showing their designated EasyCard for consumption or looking for "EasyCard Pay-TWQR" signs at participating stores in Far Eastern Garden City, SOGO Zhongxiao Store, Eslite Spectrum Songyan Store, Nanjichang Night Market, and stores around MRT stations such as Ximen, Dongmen, and Xingtian Temple, and paying with PayPay by scanning "EasyCard Pay-TWQR." FISC announced on the 14th that the TWQR Inbound service officially launched.
