Woman Arrested After Attempting to Borrow Money and Attacking Bystanders at Taipei Station Mall

Police at Taipei's Datong District received a report this afternoon regarding a disturbance at the Taipei Station underground mall. A foreign man, while paying at a Southeast Asian grocery store, was approached by a woman surnamed He who demanded to 'borrow' his money and tried to take it from the counter. When two bystanders intervened, He allegedly pushed them and threw a water bottle at them. No injuries or financial losses were reported.
