A wrap party was held last night for the thriller 'Possessed' (Fu Zai Xian). Actor Chiu I-tai appeared with bleached white hair, revealing that even his eyelashes and eyebrows had to be bleached for the role. Nikki Hsieh, playing dual roles, found portraying a 'female body with a male soul' particularly challenging.

Presenter Chang Wei-yen, Producer Mark Lee Ping-bing, Director Yao Hung-i, and actors Hank Wang, Tsai Nan-yun, Nikki Hsieh, Hsi Hsiang, Chiu I-tai, He Si-jing, and Lin Chih-chien attended the wrap party.

Chang Wei-yen joked last night that working with Yao Hung-i since 'Gatao' has been pressure-free, and this project was the most relaxed yet, even telling the director not to worry about the budget. Yao Hung-i thanked world-class cinematographer Mark Lee Ping-bing for agreeing to be the producer. 'Ping-bing is my spiritual mentor; I knew he was busy but still asked him to be the producer for his spiritual encouragement.'

Mark Lee Ping-bing revealed he had known Yao Hung-i since they both worked with legendary director Hou Hsiao-hsien, and he was the one who introduced Yao to the path of cinematography. 'When he asked me to be the producer, I gave my full support. I don't interfere; I just check in quietly.'

Chiu I-tai appeared with the white hair look from the film. He revealed that in addition to the hair color, his eyebrows and eyelashes had to be bleached. Since bleaching eyelashes too close to the roots can damage the eyes, the stylists were quite worried. Furthermore, he had to spend at least 2 hours in special effects makeup before filming to spray them even whiter.

Nikki Hsieh played dual roles: her original character and a character possessed by the spirit of Hsi Hsiang's character, 'Liu-shi-zai.' Regarding this unprecedented experience, she laughed, saying that when she first received the script, she thought, 'Oh no.' 'This time I had to act with a female body but a male soul. I was worried about portraying male thoughts, psychology, speech, and movements.' She purposely borrowed pajamas from her father and observed men's sitting postures and movements beforehand.

Hsi Hsiang praised Nikki Hsieh as a hardworking actress, saying 'She did a lot of homework; it was very tough.' Hsieh thanked Hsi Hsiang for his help, such as with the Hokkien and classical Chinese dialogue that used old-style accents. 'Besides his own lines, he recorded the entire Hokkien script for me to study at home.'
