The Taipei City Department of Education today issued a press release stating that the 115th academic year Technical College Entrance Exam will be held on April 25th and 26th, coinciding with the National Geographic Road Race on the 26th. The city government attaches great importance to this and convened a traffic control discussion meeting yesterday with the Department of Sports, Department of Transportation, Police Department, Public Transportation Office, and the road race organizer to discuss response measures.
The Department of Education stated that the road race control sections include Xinsheng North Road and Ren'ai Road. The control period for Xinsheng North Road is from 4:30 AM to 8:00 AM, with only the elevated section controlled, and the ground level still accessible; the control period for Ren'ai Road is from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM, and additional volunteer traffic police will be dispatched to assist with guidance on relevant sections.
