The Fengyuan Police Precinct of Taichung City today stated in a press release that at 9:58 PM on the 23rd, they received a public report of a dispute on Fengzhou Road, Shengang District. Upon arrival, officers found a car that had crashed into a roadside arcade, causing damage to a corrugated iron house and three motorcycles.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the 21-year-old man surnamed Chen allegedly had a debt dispute with another man surnamed Chen. He drove with two friends to meet the 22-year-old man surnamed Chen at an agreed location. After getting into the car, the man felt frightened and struggled vigorously inside the vehicle, causing the driver to lose control and the vehicle to crash into the roadside arcade.
Police found ketamine and marijuana in the car.
