Institutional investors indicated that Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) surged over 5%, and the Taiwan Index futures night session rose by 530 points to close at 38,746 points, setting a historical high. Taiwan stocks are expected to continue their bullish momentum.

U.S. President Donald Trump extended the ceasefire agreement with Iran, pushing major U.S. stock indices to close higher on the 22nd. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 340.65 points, or 0.69%; the S&P 500 index rose 73.89 points, or 1.05%; the Nasdaq index surged 397.61 points, or 1.64%; and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index advanced 262.05 points, or 2.72%.
