Facebook's parent company, Meta, announced today that its conversational AI analysis tool, "Meta AI Business Assistant," is expanding its testing, gradually becoming available in Taiwan, the US, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America, with full support for Traditional Chinese and more languages.

Meta issued a press release explaining that the Meta AI Business Assistant was first launched for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the US in October 2025 to help businesses make more precise marketing decisions. Starting today, Meta is expanding this test globally to brands, advertisers, and agencies of different sizes.

The Meta AI Business Assistant is integrated into ad management interfaces such as Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and the Business Support Center. It provides customized data analysis, performance benchmarks, suggestions for optimizing ad delivery, and supports queries related to ad accounts.

Meta pointed out that during the initial testing phase, after businesses utilized the Meta AI Business Assistant, the resolution rate for common account-related issues increased by 20%, covering everything from account quality optimization to core task management. Furthermore, after SMEs adopted the recommendations provided by the tool, advertising costs were reduced by 12%.
