The Luzhou Police Precinct explained via a message that the incident occurred near the on-ramp to Expressway 64 heading towards Wugu in Bali District. At 8:45 a.m., a 37-year-old man surnamed Lo was driving a container truck, making a left turn from Zhonghua Road towards the Expressway 64 on-ramp when it overturned for unknown reasons.
The police stated that when the container truck overturned, the entire vehicle slid forward and crashed into a car parked on the side of the road. Fortunately, the 41-year-old car owner, surnamed Kuo, had just stepped out of the vehicle to buy breakfast, luckily escaping a disaster. However, upon his return, he found his beloved car severely damaged.
