(CNA Reporter Chung Jung-feng, Taipei, 22nd) Semiconductor automation equipment provider Innovative Services listed on the OTC market today at 628 TWD per share. It opened strongly, breaking through 1,500 TWD and hitting an early high of 1,635 TWD, representing a massive 160% surge, adding another 'thousand-dollar' stock to the Taiwan market. Chairman Wu Zhi-meng noted in his speech that after years of hard work, Innovative Services has transitioned from the optical industry to the semiconductor industry, maintaining close cooperation with major probe card manufacturer Technoprobe.
Innovative Services pointed out that its consolidated revenue for the first quarter reached 152 million TWD, a 51.84% growth compared to the same period in 2025, primarily driven by warming end-market demand boosting business expansion.
Looking ahead, Innovative Services stated that current order visibility is excellent, and subsequent deliveries will proceed according to schedule. Operating momentum maintains a growth trend, and AI applications are expected to stimulate semiconductor demand, driving rapid synchronized growth in the probe card market.
Innovative Services noted it has developed fully automated equipment for complete probe card lines, capable of meeting client needs. Strong revenue growth and the maintenance of high gross margins are expected this year.
During the previous market auction and public subscription, data showed the auction base price was 550.88 TWD, with a winning weighted average price of 1,233.72 TWD per share, completing the auction with an oversubscription ratio of 3.28 times. The number of qualified public subscriptions was 234,080, and the total allotted shares (including over-allotment) was 697, resulting in a winning rate of 0.29%.
Innovative Services primarily develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor automation equipment. Its core products focus on the front-end CP (Chip Probe) testing process, including automated equipment for MEMS probe card manufacturing and repair (such as automatic pin insertion, inspection, drilling, and rework), as well as proxy sales of MEMS probe cards and full-card automated rework services.
The company is also actively expanding into the FT (Final Test) process, investing in the development, manufacturing, and sales of PoGo Pin Test Socket automated inspection and pin insertion equipment.
Benefiting from AI applications driving semiconductor demand, Innovative Services stated it has developed niche products like high-density copper pillar terminal modules and Through-Glass Via (TGV-ICP) substrates. The high-density copper pillar terminal modules are applied in semiconductor packaging, covering antenna modules, power modules, and TGV-ICP applications.
Institutional investors estimate that Innovative Services' performance target for this year will double compared to 2025, and by 2027, there is a chance it will double again compared to this year. According to data, automation equipment currently accounts for 70% to 75% of revenue, repair OEM 20%, and niche module products 5% to 7%. (Editor: Lin Chia-hsien) 1150422
