The Taiwan Photovoltaic Industry Association for Sustainable Development held its general meeting on Earth Day. Tsai Chia-chin said that drawing lessons from South Korea's experience, public welfare-oriented solar power should be promoted, with profits returned to local communities or elderly farmers' pensions, to reverse prejudice through a win-win model.

Chairman Shen Shang-hung stated that large industrial developers have not retreated recently, and with a sense of mission as a "solar power national team," they continue to optimize development processes to ensure stable output of green electricity.
