(Taipei, April 22nd - CNA Reporter Tseng Jen-kai) Connector and cable manufacturer Inforich is actively expanding into diverse fields. Beyond consumer electronics and the automotive industry, it has successfully broken into the hot AI server and liquid cooling markets. Inforich has decided to launch its IPO plan and has signed a counseling agreement with Concord Securities, which will lead the IPO process.

Inforich Chairman Lu Hao-chih stated that the IPO is an important milestone for Inforich's internationalization. The company will continue to deepen its technical capabilities and seize industrial opportunities brought by AI and high-speed transmission. Following the IPO, the company will accelerate the automation upgrades of its Dongguan and Thailand plants, increase R&D investment in AI cooling-related leak detection wires and DC power cables, and actively develop high-speed connectors and high-speed transmission lines. It will also expand into overseas markets to enhance its global market share.

According to Concord Securities, Inforich was established in 1996 and set up a base in Thailand in 2013. It has long focused on the consumer electronics and automotive industries, providing high-end connector and wire harness total solutions. Its products are widely used in consumer electronics, automobiles/motorcycles, industrial automation, energy storage systems, and high-speed transmission.

Regarding hot AI applications, Inforich stated it has successfully entered the AI server and liquid cooling application markets. It has established cooperative relationships with benchmark enterprises in the liquid cooling and motor fields, such as Delta Electronics, AVC (Asia Vital Components), and NIDEC, providing AI server-related wire harnesses, liquid cooling leak detection wires, and DC power cables.

Inforich noted that with the upgrade of AI server and data center architectures, the demand for high-speed interconnection is rising rapidly. Orders from the AI server and liquid cooling wire harness fields now account for more than 30% of total orders, becoming a major growth engine.

In addition, Inforich continues to deepen its automotive wire harness technology, moving towards high voltage, lightweight, and intelligence. In the industrial control field, it is strengthening high-reliability and environment-resistant product designs to enhance overall product competitiveness.
