The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated that from 6 a.m. yesterday to 6 a.m. today, 6 sorties of Chinese Communist warplanes were detected, 4 of which entered the southwestern and eastern airspace, along with 5 naval vessels and 1 official ship. In total, 12 Chinese military aircraft and vessels continued to operate around the Taiwan Strait, and the Armed Forces are closely monitoring and responding to the situation.

According to the "Schematic Diagram of PLA Activities in the Airspace Around the Taiwan Strait" released by the MND today, the Armed Forces detected 2 sorties of Chinese auxiliary aircraft and drones in the airspace of the Taiwan Strait from 7:35 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. yesterday.

In addition, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:40 p.m. yesterday, the Armed Forces detected 4 sorties of Chinese drones and helicopters in the airspace east of Taiwan. According to the schematic released by the MND, the active airspace of the Communist aircraft extended from Taiwan's southwestern airspace to its eastern airspace.
