Frozen fruit puree made from locally selected Aiwun mangoes has secured orders from Japan, with a total of 9 metric tons of puree shipped today. Continuous supply is expected, allowing Japanese consumers to enjoy the sweet and delicious taste throughout all four seasons. The Tainan City Agriculture Bureau held a 'Frozen Aiwun Mango Puree Container Sealing Ceremony.' The producer successfully shipped 9 metric tons of mango puree, made from high-quality Aiwun mangoes, to Japan, marking a significant achievement for Tainan's agricultural and specialty product exports. Data provided by the Agriculture Bureau indicates that the Aiwun mango puree exported to Japan this time, utilizing advanced freezing technology and a rigorous sterilization process, only adds an appropriate amount of natural sugar to balance the flavor, without any additional artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, faithfully presenting the natural taste of Aiwun mangoes. The Agriculture Bureau stated that summer is the peak season for Tainan's Aiwun mangoes. Through advanced fruit freezing technology, agricultural products are no longer limited by seasonality, enabling stable year-round supply. At the same time, Aiwun mango puree can be applied in various food products, creating more diverse product forms, allowing Tainan's agricultural and specialty products to be presented to consumers in different ways.
