(Central News Agency reporter Ho Hsiu-ling, Taipei, 21st) Systex Corporation announced the launch of "Global IT Services," integrating resources from 24 country partners, 200 international vendors, and 250 local employees in Southeast Asia to provide cross-border business services. Chairman Lin Lung-fen stated that companies expanding overseas face challenges in taxation, talent, and data integration, and Systex will use AI as the third growth curve for future operations.
Systex Corporation held a press conference today to announce that, embracing the "Age of Discovery" in the information services industry, it is launching "Global IT Services" to enhance cross-border implementation and local execution capabilities, assisting clients in accelerating their global expansion.
Lin Lung-fen stated that many Taiwanese companies have already begun their overseas expansion, and the information services industry should also extend its services to clients. In particular, clients expanding into overseas markets often encounter issues such as cross-border taxation, talent and communication, and asynchronous cross-country data streams affecting decision-making speed.
He said that Systex Information has evolved from System Integration (SI) to Ecosystem Integration (EI), and further developed into Intelligent Integration (AI) that incorporates AI technology. System Integration emphasizes the integration between different systems and platforms; Ecosystem Integration (EI) emphasizes collaboration within ecosystems; and now, entering the Intelligent Integration (AI) stage, the key is to integrate various resources for collaborative operation.
Systex positions AI intelligent integration as its third growth curve, integrating computing power, algorithms, and arithmetic, and combining its independently developed enterprise-grade AI platform, which is a crucial strategy for Systex to create its third growth curve in the next 10 years.
Systex stated that it has introduced AI applications into different industries and overseas markets, including assisting government drug management agencies in implementing decision-making AI to organize and compare new drug and medical device review data, shortening the review process by nearly 90%; in the retail industry, AI integrates sales and customer data, transforming it into operational recommendations to help optimize promotions and human resource allocation; in overseas markets, it cooperates with a Japanese telecom company's cybersecurity monitoring center to introduce an AI Agent platform, where AI provides judgment and processing suggestions, not only effectively improving the speed of cybersecurity threat hunting but also significantly accelerating the time required to reduce risks.
Systex pointed out that the rapid development of AI drives the growth of the information services industry. Scenario integration and localized applications require diverse computing power combinations, stable cybersecurity architectures, and customized development, all of which are the foundation for Systex to create future growth momentum.
