Police Bureau Chief Lin Chien-lung stated that, unlike the past where officers from sub-stations (precincts) handled accidents concurrently, the squad adopts a dedicated mechanism. They quickly dispatch officers to the scene and reduce traffic impact through standardized surveying, mapping, and evidence collection. Since a trial run began in March, they have processed over 860 accidents, earning recognition for their efficiency and professionalism.
