After 20 Years, Lien Chan, Lien Sheng-wen, Lien Sheng-wu Visit Zhangzhou, Fujian for Ancestral Worship

After KMT Chairwoman Cheng Li-wen concluded her visit to China, former KMT Chairman Lien Chan's eldest son, Lien Sheng-wen, and second son, Lien Sheng-wu, represented him on April 20th, traveling to Maqi Village, Bangshan Town, Longhai City, Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, China, to participate in the "Zhangzhou-Taiwan Lien Clan Ancestral Worship Activity and Maqi Lien Clan Cultural Exhibition." This is the first time the Lien family has returned to their ancestral home for worship in 20 years. Mr. Lien Chan, 89, has lived a reclusive life in recent years.
