Excluding the Taiwan Innovation Board, it is the 4th domestic company to apply for a listing this year.
According to the prospectus summary provided by the TWSE, the company's responsible person is Chou-Chye Huang, chairman of Sunplus Technology. The company's paid-in capital is approximately NT$600 million, and its main products are image processing controller chips.
In 2025, Sunplus Innovation Technology reported a pre-tax profit of NT$598 million and an earnings per share (EPS) of NT$8.59.
According to the website, Sunplus Innovation Technology was spun off from Sunplus Technology in 2006. Currently, Sunplus Technology holds more than 50% of its shares, directly and indirectly, making it the largest shareholder.
