The Education Bureau explained that on the evening of the 19th, some parents were unable to complete redemption when redeeming "Fresh Milk Weekly - Live Fresh Milk" at partner retail stores due to a system anomaly, which occurred between 8:40 PM and 9:20 PM.

The Education Bureau stated that the system resumed normal operation after the host was restarted by EasyCard Corporation at 9:30 PM that evening. They deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the system anomaly.

According to data provided by the Education Bureau, a total of 53 public complaints have been received so far. To protect the redemption rights of affected students' parents, those who did not redeem their milk during the week (April 13th to 19th) will have the redemption period for one bottle of milk extended from 4:00 AM on April 21st to 12:00 AM on April 26th. Parents can still use their original card to complete redemption and receive the milk at the original partner retail channel within the extended period.
