Upon arrival, fire and coast guard personnel found a man floating on the water surface with a half-filled bag of sea snails hanging from his left waist. He was clearly deceased upon rescue, and relevant authorities are investigating his identity.

The Keelung City Fire Department received a report at 4:16 PM regarding a person drowning in the waters near the Badouzi fishing port's green lighthouse. Firefighters rushed to the scene and found the man floating in a wetsuit, with a half bag of sea snails hanging on his left waist, seemingly having lost vital signs.

Personnel from the Coast Guard Administration's Badouzi Security Checkpoint arrived at the scene, drove a lifeboat to bring the man ashore, and transported him to the Badouzi Security Checkpoint. It was confirmed that the man was clearly deceased. Since the deceased did not carry any identification, his identity remains unknown.
