(CNA Reporter Taipei, 17th) Global PCB major Zhen Ding-KY issued a material information announcement today stating that its subsidiary, PENG SHEN TECHNOLOGY (THAILAND) CO., LTD., has acquired machinery equipment for an amount of approximately NT$1.102 billion.

Zhen Ding-KY pointed out that the transaction counterparty is SHINBU CORPORATION, and the purpose of acquiring the machinery is for operational use.

According to information published on Zhen Ding's official website, Peng Shen Technology (Thailand) was established as a joint venture between Avary Holding and Thailand's Saha Group in 2023. In December 2023, it acquired over 40 hectares of land in Prachinburi Province, Thailand, initiating the construction of a PCB production base in Thailand. 1150417
