This summer, the program is being expanded further, and parents, retired teachers, and community members are invited to participate, with the hope of rooting life skills within the community.

Chen Yao-chuan, president of the Sanmin Junior High Parent Association, told the media that the course combines faculty from Dongtai High School and other institutions. The curriculum covers practical operations such as replacing faucet washers and basic circuit testing, enabling participants to acquire relevant skills.

Chen Sheng-biao, chairman of Zheyi Electrical Machinery, who sponsors the instructor fees, stated that as long as the community has needs and students and parents have the willingness to learn, the school can continue to promote such courses. He will bear part of the expenses and provide long-term support to ensure the continuation of this activity, which holds both educational and practical value.
