(CNA Reporter Chang Chien-chung, Hsinchu, 17th) Electronic industry verification and analysis firm Integrated Service Technology (iST) reported unaudited net profit attributable to the parent company of NT$196 million for March, marking a year-over-year increase of 214.43%, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$2.27. iST stated that the profit surge in March was mainly driven by financial structure optimization and improved operational management efficiency.

iST noted that as the adjustment of its operational structure nears completion, internal management and resource allocation have become more streamlined. With stable orders at present, the company will continue to optimize its product portfolio to boost gross margins.

Looking ahead, iST stated that in the face of growing demand for generative artificial intelligence (AI) computing power, the complexity of semiconductor validation and analysis is rising. iST will continue to deepen its focus on technologies such as Silicon Photonics (SiPh) and Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). It has already established a mature and comprehensive one-stop optoelectronic validation and analysis platform.

iST pointed out that the volume of related project intakes is growing steadily. The company will assist leading AI chip manufacturers, mobile communication chipmakers, and foundries in breaking through technical bottlenecks, accelerating product time-to-market, and driving growth in advanced packaging businesses.
