To address the need for production capacity expansion, drill bit manufacturer Fin Point has decided to conduct a private placement of convertible bonds with a maximum issuance of NT$600 million, intended for purchasing new facilities, alleviating working capital pressure, and improving its financial structure.

Zhen Ding-KY stated its intention to subscribe to no more than 1,900 convertible bonds, with a face value of NT$100,000 per bond, totaling no more than NT$190 million. Unimicron announced its participation in Fin Point's private placement of convertible bonds to solidify supply chain relationships and strengthen cooperation, with a subscription amount not exceeding NT$210 million. Golden Arrow Electric also announced today its intention to subscribe to Fin Point Technology's private placement of convertible bonds for an amount not exceeding NT$200 million, aiming to consolidate supply chain relationships and enhance bilateral cooperation.

Golden Arrow Electric also announced that it has decided to conduct a private placement of new shares through cash capital increase, with no more than 4,000 shares to be issued. This capital will be used to seek opportunities for technical cooperation, market business cooperation, or strategic alliances with domestic and international technology giants and industry funds, while also supplementing working capital and supporting the company's long-term operational development.
