To address the need for production capacity expansion, drill bit manufacturer Fin Point has decided to conduct a private placement of convertible bonds with a maximum issuance of NT$600 million, intended for purchasing new facilities, alleviating working capital pressure, and improving its financial structure.
Zhen Ding-KY stated its intention to subscribe to no more than 1,900 convertible bonds, with a face value of NT$100,000 per bond, totaling no more than NT$190 million. Unimicron announced its participation in Fin Point's private placement of convertible bonds to solidify supply chain relationships and strengthen cooperation, with a subscription amount not exceeding NT$210 million.
