"A Step into the Past" and "The Photo of Us" Extended Versions Released, Offering More for Fans

The films "A Step into the Past" and "The Photo of Us" announced on April 13 that extended versions will be released. "A Step into the Past" will feature an additional 24 minutes of content, including humorous interactions of the Hsiang family, classic Hong Kong drama elements like "heart-shaped steak," and Hong Kong-style English dialogue. New characters Cheung Kai-chung and Liao Zi-yu will also appear. The film is scheduled for nationwide release in Taiwan starting April 17, with an A3 poster of the "A Step into the Past PLUS+ Multiverse Edition" as a ticket gift. "The Photo of Us" will release a 17-minute director's cut, with its exclusive premiere on April 25 at CLASSROOM Gongguan Cinema. Directors Tang Sheng-jung and Cheng Nai-fang stated that the director's cut offers many new details for those who have seen the theatrical release, and a more complete experience for first-time viewers. Actress Li Mu will attend the premiere on April 25 to meet fans, expressing her hope that audiences will feel the directors' love and passion for the film.
