Klitschko reported that rescue teams extracted a mother and child from a severely damaged first-floor building in the city center. He also noted that the 6th floor of an apartment building in the Podil district was struck by a missile.

Klitschko added that a major fire broke out in a building in northern Kyiv, injuring four emergency medical workers, and debris fell in multiple locations.

Oleksandr Ganzha, Governor of Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, posted on Telegram that Russian attacks also ignited massive fires in the southeastern city of Dnipro, injuring 5 people. Related photos online showed multiple buildings engulfed in flames.

Ganzha also stated that the Russian attack on Dnipro resulted in 1 death.
