The Taichung City Fire Bureau received a report at 11:54 AM today that a car had crashed into a safety island on Section 7, Huanzhong East Road in Dali District, with someone trapped inside. Upon arrival, they found a passenger car that had apparently lost control and struck the safety island. They rescued one male victim who was in an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) state and sent him to Dali Jen-Ai Hospital for emergency treatment.
