According to the police, they received a report from the public at about 2:00 PM today stating that an accident between a motorcycle and a tractor had occurred at the intersection of Rongkai Road and Zhaofeng Road in Fenglin Township. Upon arrival, they found the 65-year-old motorcycle rider, surnamed Li, and the roughly 75-year-old passenger, surnamed Hou, both severely injured and unconscious.
