(CNA Reporter Chang Chien-chung, Taipei, 15th) Automation equipment system manufacturer Mirle Automation and EXACT announced today that they will establish a joint venture company to capture global business opportunities in the smart automation and robotics industries.
Mirle pointed out that the joint venture will combine the foundation of EXACT and Minth Group's global automotive components supply chain manufacturing, along with Mirle's core technologies in semiconductor automation systems, smart robots, and robotic dog development.
Mirle stated that the two parties will engage in deep integration regarding the research and development, manufacturing, and multi-scenario applications of complete smart robots. By leveraging industrial complementary advantages, they will jointly seize early opportunities in the global smart automation and robotics industries, creating high-growth cross-field investment value.
Targeting the Embodied Intelligence robot market, Mirle Group established the Embodied Intelligence Business Group this year. It will integrate the group's core capabilities in precision reducers, robot joint modules, wheeled and quadruped robot platforms, autonomous motion control, AI perception systems, and digital twins. Small-scale mass production is planned to launch in 2026, connecting the smart manufacturing markets in Taiwan, Europe, and the US. (Editor: Yang Kai-hsiang) 1150415
