Baseball League Bans Man for Slapping Intern, Releases Photo

During a routine game at the Asia-Pacific International Baseball Training Center on March 29th, an incident occurred where a spectator, identified as Mr. Jiang, slapped a league intern. The intern had approached the spectator to guide them back to their seat due to aisle obstruction, but the spectator refused to comply and assaulted the intern. Following the incident, the intern received medical attention and injury verification, and the league proceeded with reporting the case and filing a lawsuit. CPBL President Cai Qi-Chang stated that with photographic evidence, the league will definitely press charges and provide all necessary legal assistance to its staff, while also blacklisting the individual. Mr. Cai added that the perpetrator's photograph has been widely distributed to all club teams and stadium staff, and urged fellow fans to remain vigilant. If this individual attempts to re-enter a venue, they will be asked to leave. The league reiterated its zero-tolerance policy towards any form of violence to ensure the safety of stadium staff and spectators.
