Taichung Man Walking in Mask at Night Restrained by Police, Suffers Minor Injuries

Citizens at the scene pointed out that on the evening of the 18th, a man dressed in black and wearing a mask was walking along Dongwen Street in Dali District. There was a performance activity nearby with mostly children present, and citizens worried about accidents called the police.

Police stated that they found one short knife and one fruit knife on the man; however, he did not brandish the knives during the process.
