Taiwan's three major telecom operators have released their June financial reports. Taiwan Mobile emerged as the EPS leader for the first half of the year, achieving an EPS of 2.86 TWD, driven by AI-driven operational efficiency and investment contributions, outperforming Chunghwa Telecom's 2.68 TWD and Far EasTone's 2.14 TWD. Chunghwa Telecom reported record-high consolidated revenue and EBITDA for June, while Far EasTone achieved all-time highs in post-tax net profit and EPS for the month.

The 11.4% year-on-year revenue growth was driven by strong performance in ICT services, continued momentum in iPhone sales, and steady growth in core telecom operations. For the first half of the year, Chunghwa Telecom achieved consolidated revenue of 121.35 billion TWD, net profit of 20.75 billion TWD, and EPS of 2.68 TWD. The company emphasized that all key financial metrics—revenue, operating profit, pre-tax profit, net profit, and EPS—have exceeded its annual financial forecast.

Additional gains from equity-method investments like Jingsheng further boosted post-tax net profit by 29% year-on-year.
