Yunlin, Chiayi, and Nantou areas, as well as the mountainous areas of Hsinchu and Miaoli, should be alert for localized heavy rain today.

Areas affected by heavy rain include mountainous areas of Hsinchu County, mountainous areas of Miaoli County, Nantou County, Yunlin County, Chiayi City, and Chiayi County.
