(CNA reporter Wu Rui-chi, Taoyuan Airport, June 30) Taoyuan International Airport Corporation announced today that in coordination with the Third Terminal construction, the terminal shuttle service outside the restricted area of Terminals 1 and 2 will cease operations starting July 1. Passengers can utilize the "Taoyuan Airport MRT" and the "24-hour Terminal Shuttle Bus" for free transfers between the two terminals.

The Airport Corporation issued a press release this afternoon stating that although the "Terminal Shuttle (Skytrain)" outside the restricted area will no longer be available from July 1, the terminal shuttle service within the restricted area will continue to operate normally, and the transfer passenger flow will not be affected.

The Airport Corporation pointed out that the 24-hour terminal shuttle bus began operations on June 29 at 6:00 AM. The boarding location for Terminal 1 is at the shuttle bus stop next to signpost 4-5, located by the rain shelter on Terminal South Road. The boarding location for Terminal 2 is at shuttle bus stop 10 on the southeast side of the first-floor arrival hall. The service frequency is approximately every 15 minutes from 6:00 AM to 10:59 AM, and approximately every 20 minutes from 11:00 PM to 5:59 AM the following day. It is provided free of charge for passengers and employees.

The Airport Corporation also stated that passengers can use the Airport MRT to travel between the two terminals. Passengers using electronic stored-value cards, credit cards, third-party payment, or electronic payment methods to enter and exit stations A12 Airport Terminal 1, A13 Airport Terminal 2, and A14a Airport Hotel will receive free rides.

The Airport Corporation reminds passengers to confirm their airline's check-in terminal before departure and to allow sufficient transfer time. Information on shuttle services and the latest transportation updates can be found on the Airport Corporation's official website, official APP, and the shuttle bus section.
